Believe it or not, our converted school bus is a self-containedl tiny house with its own kitchen, toilet, and shower. With bamboo floors, a super comfy queen-size bed, and a comfy loveseat facing the fabulous ocean view you'll be on top of the world. This is definitely one of our favorite listings!

Imagine having all the comforts of home in a tiny home, tucked in a lovely spot surrounded by trees. The RV features a private, large, sunny deck with a patio table & umbrella, a gas BBQ, and an ocean view through the trees. There is also a private park bench in the shade. The couch is a sofa bed & the dinette also converts to a comfy double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals. There is a private bedroom, a bathroom with a shower & lots of storage. The RV is heated with an RV propane furnace. 

Get cozy and settle into this adorable custom semi-off-grid micro cabin; a mini paradise in the woods. With windows on all sides, the space is bright and nature is all around you. Though it's small, this cabin can sleep four. The sleeping loft features an opening window and a big mirror so that you can see outside while relaxing in bed. Our custom couch converts to a double bed with lots of storage in the pull-out drawers. The live-edge maple countertop with the built-in propane cooktop is a highlight. With power for lights and a fridge, the simple water system operates with a foot pump, you'll enjoy the comfort and simplicity. We use the world-famous Berkey water filter for drinking water. There is even a pee toilet for those overnight visits. The outdoor shower and compost toilet are steps away.

Everyone loves A-Frames! This micro A-frame is very magical; it looks so small on the outside but inside it feels spacious, bright & very welcoming. The beautiful live-edge countertop, wood cabinets, couch that converts to a double bed with storage, loft sleeping/storage area & hardwood floors are just some of the highlights. You'll find whimsical items, books to browse, a complete kitchen, a comfy couch & kitchen/work table. The best feature is the opening wall leading out to the side deck.

This 3-season luxury glamping tent contains everything that you'll need for a memorable glamping experience. Sleep in a real bed, but enjoy all of the glamour of camping. In the Spring and Fall, you can enjoy the outdoor fire-pit, just off the front deck. The outdoor kitchen is under a large awning, so you can cook even in inclement weather.  Everything that you need to enjoy yourself in your own private, wooded camping home is here for you. We even have an electric cooler for you.

The camping gear is all provided. All you need to bring is your clothes, food, a cooler and queen-size sheets. Explore our spectacular 10-acre ocean-view property; visit the small orchard, organic garden, and our chickens. Recharge with our walking trails and idyllic seating areas. Our compost toilet and outdoor shower are just steps away.

In 2022, we launched our very popular fully-equipped camping sites. There are 4 altogether and they are grouped in 2's for those wanting to camp with family or friends. Each nylon tent is tall enough for most to stand in, making it easy to get dressed, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Each has two double air mattresses.

All camping gear (except a cooler and bedding) is provided for you, making it super easy to go camping. The tents are all on platforms, so the surface is flat and off the ground. Everything that you need to enjoy camping in your own private, wooded area is here for you. All that you need to bring is your clothes, food (in a cooler ideally), and your bedding.

All sites have picnic tables with a cover tarp, camp stoves, all the cookware, dishes, etc. as well as extras like a camp lantern, dishwashing essentials, and a clothesline. There are several hammocks in the camping area and on our property for a relaxing siesta.
